There are no gas fees for minting with RECUR when paying with fiat. If you choose to check out using Coinbase Commerce a gas fee will be added from the chain the user chooses to pay with. Many of the payment options available from Coinbase Commerce come with little to no transaction fees, but paying with ETH will incur the typical gas fee, which varies.
