There are a three ways for you to contact the RECUR Support team:
"Bernie" the Virtual Assistant
|Bernie is available as your virtual assistant. He can help with some common questions, point you toward relevant help center content, and gather useful details about your question to pass along to the RECUR Support team. You can access the chatbot by clicking the chat widget button at the bottom right corner of any page of the help center.|
|You can create a ticket through the contact form by clicking on the "Submit a request" button which can be found at the top of any page of the help center.|
|You can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we encourage using one of the other two methods as you'll be able to provide more details, especially with Bernie, which will help us provide a better response.|
Please remember to always contact us from the email address associated with your RECUR account (when applicable).
