Need to Update Password
If you would like to update the password associated with your account and are currently logged in to your account, please follow these steps:
- Tap Account Settings from the Profile dropdown menu (tap your avatar at the top of the screen to open this menu)
- Tap Edit under the Password field
- Enter your current password followed by the new password that you would like to use.
Tap Confirm in order to finalize the password update
If you forget your password, please follow these steps to reset it:
- Tap Forgot Password? on the Login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your RECUR account and tap Reset My Password.
- Enter the 6 digit code that we send to your email address into the field and select Verify Account.
- You will then be prompted to enter a new password in the New Password field and Confirm Password fields. Tap the Reset My Password button to finalize your password reset.
