We Require our Fans to perform KYC (Know your Customer) process if the following conditions apply:
- Daily or lifetime deposit limits are exceeded.
- Activity in your account returns a high-risk score
- Or when our Terms of Service is violated.
If you're asked to go through the KYC process, you will be emailed a link to provide the following information: (all of which will be verified either through the company’s due diligence processes or through the use of third-party vendor)
- Phone number
- Country of Residence
The balance limit for KYC verification are as follows:
- $2,000 in a 24 hour period; or
- $10,000 over the lifetime of the account
